Philip founded Florido in 2020 after identifying a demand for specialist executive knowledge from progressive Technology and Media stakeholders looking to make a change. He is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and digital transformation across the Satellite, Technology, and Media industries. Throughout his career that spans world-renowned organisations and global markets, he has earned a reputation as a catalyst for change, combining strategic vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and practical expertise to help businesses excel in the modern digital economy.

Philip began his career in the prestigious graduate leadership program at Sky Television in London, where he quickly showcased his ability to deliver innovation and soon excelled at SES Satellites in Luxembourg and MGM Germany. At Curzon, he was pivotal in developing a Premium VOD integrated membership platform that achieved significant revenue growth and received global acclaim as a trailblazer in its field. As CEO of ADVNCR Group, he successfully led a global rebranding initiative, encouraged creative innovation, and launched impactful campaigns for iconic brands such as Xbox, EA, and Warner Bros.

Through Florido Consulting he has partnered with over a dozen organisations, doubling revenues and creating new opportunities across various markets. As a forward-thinking innovator, Philip has conceptualised cutting-edge solutions, including a blockchain-based live-streaming platform and an AI-driven marketing metrics system, which is currently pending a U.S. patent.
